The Board


Tunde Ogunje is an associate of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ICAN] and the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers [CIS]. He holds the Higher Diploma in Accountancy from Ondo State Polytechnic, Owo.

He is presently the Managing Director/COO at Northbridge Investment and Trust Limited, a firm registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and licensed by the Nigerian Stock Exchange as Financial Advisers, Investment Managers and Stockbrokers

Prior to joining Northbridge, he had worked at Independent Securities Limited as the Chief Operating Officer after he had served as General Manager/CEO of Dream Unique Business Enterprises, a Fund Management entity.

He had top management experience in the Capital Market as he sojourned through Lead Capital Plc as Stockbroker; Imperial Asset Managers Ltd heading both Corporate Finance and Asset Management departments at different times; APT Securities & Funds Ltd where he trained as a stockbroker and GTI Capital Ltd where he served as Head of Operations department.

Prior to his venturing into the Capital Market in 2006, he had Public Sector experience with the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria [FAAN] where he served as Internal Auditor at the Headquarters in Lagos and Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja. He resigned voluntarily after a 4 year stint as a Principal Internal Auditor. While at FAAN, he led Investigation & Routine Audit teams to other Airports in Kaduna, Jos, Minna and Zaria.

He had his early career exposures while serving as Head of Accounts/Strategic Planning unit at Sabeanat Nigeria Limited. He had his professional accountancy training with Oyedele Aro & Co and Gabe Fasoto & Co (Chartered Accountants), a firm covering Audit Practice, Tax Audit, Accountancy Services and General Consultancy Services.

He holds Non Executive Directorship positions of Northbridge Microfinance Bank Limited and Twenty Ten Media Limited.



Danladi Wallijoh is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). He holds both Masters of Science degree in Finance and Investment with Merit from Durham University, Durham United Kingdom in 2011 and Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from University of Abuja in 2009.

Prior to his joining Ednut Professional Services Limited as its pioneer Managing Director/CEO, he worked at Lighthouse Asset Management Limited where he had his dealing clerkship training and also worked in various managerial capacities.

He worked with Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria for over 15 years as Human Resources Officer. He left as Principal Human Resources Officer in 2010 to start his capital market career.

Head Human Resources

Tunde Adeyoola head the Human Resources and Administration Department.

He holds a B.Sc degree in Public Administration from University of Ado-Ekiti. He has also being to various aviation schools where he read aviation management and airline ticketing.

He served in the same capacity at Whitefox Business Ventures Limited where he also doubled as the Operations/Business Development Manager. Before this time, he had managed various Travel agency companies.

He is presently pursuing his professional qualification with the Institute of Personnel Management. He is very skillful and proficient in the use of some computer packages.

Head Corporate Communications & Marketing

Arinola Ojo-Coker She is the head of Corporate Communications & Marketing Department.

Arinola holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from University of Ilorin in 2006 with a post graduate Certificate in Business Administration from University of Abuja obtained in 2010.

She has worked in top management positions at Platform Branding Company Limited and Mainfield Global Resources Limited.

Head Research

Linda Adoga head our Research Department. She holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Economics obtained from Benue State University in 2008.

Linda worked in the Research department of Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc for years before venturing into Event Management and Designing. We have had to pull her into our fold based on recommendation from people she had worked with in the Research department of Guaranty Trust Assurance Plc.

Head Internal Control & Compliance

Huda Kassim head the Internal Control & Compliance unit. She is an associate of the Institute of Chartered accountants of Nigeria [ICAN]. She has B. Sc Accounting from University of Maiduguri after a National Diploma from Federal Polytechnic, Mubi.

Until her engagement, she had worked at Lead Capital Plc in the same capacity. She had practical Audit Experience with MAAJI & Co (Chartered Accountants).
